Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence Oversee Operations:Manage and supervise the entire restaurant operation to ensure seamless service. Guest Services Guru:Deliver superior guest services, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and delighted. Menu Mastery:Plan and update menus, collaborating with kitchen staff to develop innovative dishes. Complaint Resolver:Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints, turning challenges into opportunities. Leadership Shift Organizer:Organize and supervise staff shifts to maintain optimal service levels. Team Leader:Lead, manage, and inspire the restaurant staff to achieve their best. Hiring Expert:Recruit top talent and ensure comprehensive training for new employees. Performance Evaluator:Train and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Positive Environment Creator:Nurture a positive and collaborative working environment. Financial and Supply Management Inventory Manager:Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory to prevent shortages.
